Top 5 Dumbest Exercises. Avoid These Like The Plague!

There are some exercises out there that either aren’t doing you any good or are a one way ticket to injury. In this video Jeff Cavalier of AthleanX.com breaks down down the 5 worst exercises.

Not to be a total spoiler but I agree 100% on the first two exercises. I have always said dumbell flys were pointless and that the behind the neck press is just an unnatural movement that is not good for the shoulder joint. I stupidly used to do them a lot in my early lifting years and stopped due to discomfort. Wish I had seen this video earlier and never started.

The last three exercises you are going to have to watch and find out on those for yourself, but they are pretty bad as well. Let us know if you agree or disagree in the comment section below.
